After the You First Foundation’s recent $16,000 donation to Health Bridge Children’s Hospital, a pediatric specialty acute care hospital, the hospital was able to provide a new theater and toys for the children, which has greatly improved the young patients’ experiences while in treatment.

In a letter from Health Bridge, the Child Life Team expressed their gratitude for the new theater and the difference it has made in the children’s lives.

“Our new theater experience has completely changed the atmosphere here,” they wrote, “We have been able to see such a difference in our children’s ability to cope and heal during hospitalization.”

Many thanks from M.F., Y.M., J.A., A.L., K.K., W.G., L.B., L.V., M.G., Elijah, C.R., S.D., E.P., We love our new theater!

Dear You First Foundation, Health Bridge Children's Hospital is so grateful for the donation of our new theater and toys. The children love attending movie night on Tuesdays and Fridays. They also watch educational clips for science night and sing karaoke with it. The kids enjoy playing games like bowling and Minion Rush with the Apple TV. Our new theater experience has completely changed the atmosphere here. We have been able to see such a difference in our children's ability to cope and heal during hospitalization. Sincerely, Child Life Team
