Player Packages

We are looking for players for the Wendy Kwan Memorial Golf Tournament. You can sign up as an individual or as a team for this great event! If you are interesting in participating or simply want to make a cash donation for a great cause, please fill out the form and choose your package.

Individual Player | $150

  • 1 golfer package (includes green fees, cart, range balls, beverages, breakfast, lunch, and goody bag)
  • Eligible for lots of prizes

Twosome Team | $300

  • 2 golfer packages (includes green fees, cart, range balls, beverages, breakfast, lunch, and goody bag)
  • Each team member eligible for lots of prizes

Threesome Team | $450

  • 3 golfer packages (includes green fees, cart, range balls, beverages, breakfast, lunch, and goody bag)
  • Each team member eligible for lots of prizes

Foursome Team | $600

  • 4 golfer packages (includes green fees, cart, range balls, beverages, breakfast, lunch, and goody bag)
  • Each team member eligible for lots of prizes

Players receive 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, beverages, breakfast, lunch, goody bags and lots of prizes.
