Chariots for Children
Through its partnership with Houston Children’s Charity and the Chariots for Children program, the You First Foundation is helping provide life-changing support to families caring for disabled, wheelchair-bound children. The Chariots for Children program is dedicated to improving quality of life through the gift of handicapped-accessible vans, giving families safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for medical appointments, school, therapy, and everyday activities.

Nexus Health Systems
Nexus Health Systems provides post-acute, transitional and vocational rehabilitation services to individuals who suffer from traumatic brain injuries. Nexus also provides post-acute medical care and rehabilitation services to children and adults who are medically complex, technology dependent, and/or catastrophically impaired.
To date, You First Foundation has donated over $63,000 to Nexus Children’s Hospital. This donation includes a sensory room, which helps children with neurological conditions improve. Mary Harbeson, Nexus Children’s Hospital CEO said, “Because of this donation, we are able to offer patients more than we would ever be able to otherwise.“

Reining Strength
Reining Strength Therapeutic Horsemanship is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs through equine-assisted services. As a Premier Accredited Center through Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International, Reining Strength provides high-quality therapeutic horsemanship programs for individuals ages 2 and older in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
