By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules and terms.  You First Foundation (16430 Park Ten Place, Houston, TX 77084) is conducting this raffle. This raffle is conducted pursuant to the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, Chapter 2002, Texas Occupations Code.

Tickets: Raffle ticket sales begin June 1, 2026. Tickets will be sold at a discounted “early purchase” price for $30 each or $80 for three (if purchased in the same transaction) for purchases made on or before June 30, 2026. Beginning July 1, 2026 tickets will be sold for $35 each or $100 for three (if purchased in the same transaction). A maximum of 6,500 tickets will be sold.  Ticket sales will end when all 6,500 tickets have been sold or immediately prior to the drawing on October 5, 2026, whichever occurs first. Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle tickets purchased.  An entrant may win only one of the Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, or Fourth Prize; however, Midway Prize winners remain eligible to win other prizes, including the Grand Prize. Drawing to be held October 5, 2026, at the annual You First Foundation golf event.  Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket or claim a prize and must reside in the state of Texas to win. You need not be present at the drawing to win. Board members of You First Foundation and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the raffle. Winning tickets will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible tickets received.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during ticket purchase. You First Foundation is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate contact information or any inability to contact a winner resulting therefrom.

Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days after notification and comply with all applicable prize claim requirements, including execution of required documentation and verification of eligibility. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules. No compensation will be provided for forfeited prizes.

All raffle tickets will be issued electronically. No physical or paper raffle tickets will be issued. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and retaining their electronic ticket confirmation records. Electronic ticket records maintained by You First Foundation and/or Eventgroove shall control in the event of any dispute regarding ticket ownership, validity, or entry. No mail-in raffle purchases are allowed.

You First Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization and the charity of choice of First Service Credit Union.

By participating in the raffle, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information by You First Foundation for purposes of raffle administration, winner notification, regulatory compliance, and related charitable communications. Entrants also acknowledge that First Service Credit Union may distribute promotional or charitable email communications regarding You First Foundation and its fundraising activities on behalf of or in support of You First Foundation. Information collected in connection with the raffle may be shared with First Service Credit Union for these purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and First Service Credit Union’s privacy policy. Entrants may opt out of promotional email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such emails.

*Prizes: The GRAND PRIZE winner may select one of the following prizes: (1) a new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 vehicle from Finnegan Auto Group, (2) a vehicle purchase allowance valued at Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($52,670) redeemable through Finnegan Auto Group, or (3) Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) in VISA® gift cards. Second prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) in VISA® gift cards. Third prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) in VISA® gift cards. Fourth prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in VISA® gift cards.

You First Foundation has paid Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($52,670) to Finnegan Auto Group to secure the 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Grand Prize vehicle, which Finnegan Auto Group has agreed to maintain in its possession or ownership for award to the Grand Prize winner in accordance with these Official Rules. If the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (“MSRP”) of the vehicle increases after April 24, 2026, Finnegan Auto Group has agreed to absorb increases in MSRP above $52,670 up to a maximum MSRP of Fifty-Six Thousand Dollars ($56,000). If the selected vehicle exceeds the $56,000 MSRP cap, the winner will be solely responsible for any amount exceeding such cap.

Vehicle color, factory options, accessories, and delivery timing may vary. If the specified vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of You First Foundation or Finnegan Auto Group, You First Foundation reserves the right to substitute a vehicle or prize package of equal or greater value.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the vehicle option and vehicle purchase allowance option is Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($52,670). ARV of the VISA® gift card Grand Prize option is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). ARV of the Second Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000). ARV of the Third Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000). ARV of the Fourth Prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Total ARV of all prizes awarded is approximately Eighty-Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy Dollars ($86,170), excluding the two Midway Prizes.

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize. Winners selecting either vehicle prize option are also responsible for all title fees, license fees, registration fees, insurance costs, and other government-imposed or vehicle ownership-related charges. Actual vehicle value may vary based on manufacturer pricing, optional equipment, and market conditions. No difference between stated ARV and actual value will be awarded.

Two (2) separate “Midway Prize” drawings will be held during the raffle period: one on July 6, 2026 and one on September 7, 2026. One (1) winner will be selected in each drawing and awarded a Two Hundred Dollar ($200) VISA® gift card.

All raffle tickets purchased on or before June 30, 2026 will automatically be entered into the July 6, 2026 Midway Prize drawing. All raffle tickets purchased on or before August 31, 2026 will automatically be entered into the September 7, 2026 Midway Prize drawing. No separate entry is required.

Midway Prize winners remain eligible for all other prizes, including the Grand Prize, and winning a Midway Prize will not affect the odds of winning in the final drawing.

Midway Prize winners must comply with all prize claim requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Failure to timely claim a Midway Prize or satisfy applicable requirements may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner at You First Foundation’s sole discretion.

You First Foundation reserves the right to determine entrant eligibility. Ineligible entrants will forfeit winnings. Prizes are non-transferable. You First Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and is not responsible for damaged or lost prizes.

Prior to receipt of any prize and no later than December 31, 2026, winners must provide You First Foundation with a properly completed and signed IRS Form W-9. If the Grand Prize winner selects either the 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 vehicle option or the vehicle purchase allowance option, the winner will be solely responsible for all taxes, title fees, license fees, registration fees, insurance costs, and any other government-imposed or vehicle ownership-related charges associated with the selected vehicle. If the selected vehicle exceeds the applicable prize value or MSRP cap described in these Official Rules, the winner shall also be solely responsible for any amount exceeding such value or cap. You First Foundation will comply with all applicable IRS reporting and withholding requirements and may issue any tax forms required by law, including but not limited to IRS Form W-2G or Form 1099-MISC, as determined by applicable law and the nature and value of the prize awarded.

Publicity:  As a condition of receiving a prize, each winner must (i) sign an Authorization and Release for Use of Image, Voice, or Likeness (the “Release”) and (ii) present a valid, government-issued photo identification to claim and collect the prize. You First Foundation reserves the right to request additional identification and, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any identification presented.

Failure to comply with applicable prize claim requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. By signing the Release, each winner grants You First Foundation the irrevocable right and permission to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the raffle and future raffles, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Claims:  BY PARTICIPATING IN THE YOU FIRST FOUNDATION’S 2026 RAFFLE, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD, RELATIVES, HEIRS, ASSIGNS, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS AND PERSONS WHO USE THE PRIZE AWARDED BY YOU FIRST FOUNDATION, EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER RELEASES YOU FIRST FOUNDATION, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES (INDIVIDUALLY AND/OR COLLECTIVELY “YOU FIRST FOUNDATION”) AS WELL AS FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES (INDIVIDUALLY AND/OR COLLECTIVELY “FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION”),   FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE, AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, AND EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD YOU FIRST FOUNDATION AND FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION, JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY, HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR THE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH. IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU FIRST FOUNDATION OR FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Nothing herein shall limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

General Conditions:  You First Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, human error, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the raffle, including cancellation, postponement, or modification of any related You First Foundation event. In such event, You First Foundation, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

You First Foundation shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, governmental action, labor disputes, supply shortages, pandemics, cyber incidents, or technical failures.

You First Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the You First Foundation 2026 Raffle or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the You First Foundation 2026 Raffle may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and should such an attempt be made, You First Foundation reserves the right to seek damages from any such person as allowed by applicable law. You First Foundation’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All decisions of You First Foundation regarding the administration of the You First Foundation 2026 Raffle, interpretation of these Official Rules, and selection of the winner are final and binding.

Compliance with the Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of you and You First Foundation in connection with the You First Foundation 2026 Raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions.  All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Disputes; Arbitration Agreement; Class Action Waiver:  BY PARTICIPATING IN THE YOU FIRST FOUNDATION 2026 RAFFLE, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE RAFFLE, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION.

Prior to initiating arbitration, the entrant and You First Foundation agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its applicable consumer arbitration rules then in effect.

The arbitration shall be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator in Houston, Texas, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision, including any claim that all or any portion of this provision is void or voidable.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Any claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the raffle and shall not include attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other indirect damages, except where prohibited by law.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and You First Foundation in connection with the raffle, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
